I have made all the flags on my storefront 'invisible' during this time so no orders will be able to come through during my absence. We accept credit cards and Paypal for the storefront (and Apple Pay on supported devices). I will still send out estimates for those units that pay by cup and flower fund checks - just send me an email or call me.
I am required to charge a 6.5% sales tax to orders shipped to an Alabama address. We are not required to collect sales tax for orders shipped outside the state of Alabama (until the law changes).
My shipping rate is currently a flat $7.50 - this is for USPS priority mail only. If you are stateside, allow 2-weeks to receive your order. APO/FPO allow at least 3 weeks. March thru the end of June is my busiest time of the year and this may affect turn-a-round times.
I take great care in every order I receive and produce for guidons and colors for framing. I require that each order be in writing. That writing can be in the form of a storefront order or signed estimate from the customer and a clarifying e-mail regarding placement of numbers/letters if the order is a guidon. I follow your instructions for the order. If you receive your order and it does not match the written instruction you provided to me, I will replace the order at no charge. If you receive your order and it is incorrect but the order matches your written instructions, I will redo the order for you, but you will be charged for it.
I shut down for the entire month of February every year. This is my travel month, so please plan accordingly.
