I will be out of town for a couple of weeks beginning Wednesday August 25th. I will be back in the shop stitching on Monday Sept 13th. I will answer any and all emails, voice mails and texts while I'm gone and will prioritize flag orders according upon my return.
Prices are changing. It was inevitable. I will be working over the summer to update the storefront. With almost a 1,000 items in my store, it will take me awhile. So until all is updated, you may notice that some medium size flags will still be listed at 27.50 while others are 32.50, and some large guidons will be at 37.50 and some at 48.50.

I am an internet based business only. I am usually in my shop 10am - 4pm (CST) most days but will answer emails anytime.
All the pictures of guidons and colors that you see on this website and storefront were stitched by me, Patty of Chris Cross Creations. All pictures and images are owned by Chris Cross Creations and are protected by Copyright.
We accept credit cards and Paypal for the storefront (and Apple Pay on supported devices). I will still send out estimates for those units that pay by cup and flower fund checks - just send me an email or call me.
I am required to charge a 6.5% sales tax to orders shipped to an Alabama address. We are not required to collect sales tax for orders shipped outside the state of Alabama (until the law changes).
My current shipping rate is a flat $8.00 - this is for USPS priority mail onl. If you are stateside, allow 2-weeks to receive your order. APO/FPO allow at least 3 weeks. March thru the end of June is my busiest time of the year and this may affect turn-a-round times.
I take great care in every order I receive and produce for guidons and colors for framing. Orders for flags that are already in my system need to be placed through the storefront. A new set up can be arranged by making payment through Paypal once I create and forward an invoice to you. I follow your instructions so making sure you have sent the correct information to me is very important. If you receive your order and it does not match the written instruction you provided to me, I will replace the order at no charge. If you receive your order and it is incorrect but the order matches your written instructions, I will redo the order for you, but you will be charged for it.
I normally shut down for the entire month of February every year. This is my travel month, so please plan accordingly.
Every once in a blue moon, I send out an email to let people know about stuff like vaction time, new flags, etc. Sign up to hear about it.
